The vision of the Compliance & Ethics Office is to ensure Guardian continues to earn its right to compete by developing and applying an effective and efficient compliance program and advancing an ethical culture consistent with the Market-Based Management® Guiding Principles and our Code of Conduct. We do this by equipping employees with the tools they need to help them make good decisions; providing resources to assure safety, health and environmental excellence; and 10,000% compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.


The Guardian Code of Conduct is an important part of our overall Compliance & Ethics program. The Code outlines our shared ethical standards for conducting business throughout the world.

Compliance & Ethics Helpline

To provide a safe and secure method of reporting a concern or question about our Code of Conduct or possible violation of the Code, Company Policy or the law, we have implemented the Compliance & Ethics Helpline. This Helpline is available to everyone and is staffed by a live operator from an independent company 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Calls are free and may be made anonymously, where permitted by local law. The Helpline is not 911 or an Emergency Service.
