Peter began his education in Hong Kong and then halfway through high school, moved to Valparaiso, Indiana. Though his family had traveled a lot (a Habitat for Humanity trip to Bolivia stands out), starting over was hard. He found friends in the marching band and had a great chemistry teacher who encouraged a love of learning.
Joining SRG Global

Peter started with SRG Global in Ripley, Tennessee but moved to Evansville, Indiana shortly afterwards. He was challenged to lead cross-functional teams in finding creative solutions to a range of problems.
New challenges
Over time, he began leading continuous improvement projects and was asked to move to the Suzhou facility. He was excited to return to China to tackle new challenges and to share the l culture I had absorbed in the U.S.

Then he went back to Evansville, where the pace remained fast. “The industry seems to change daily. But I like that about my work. Working now in Operations Transformation, we have to move quickly to keep up. But we always do. And we have a lot of fun along the way."
