As a young girl in Spain, she explored trails, learned karate, and started conversations with anyone who would listen. Verónica excelled in chemistry and physics but was too adventurous to see herself being happy inside a lab. “I knew my future was out in the world, helping people find solutions to tough problems.”
Beginning the journey...
After earning a chemical engineering degree, she found opportunities to use both technical and social skills as an engineer for a local automotive supplier. With a black belt in karate and her first half-marathon complete, Verónica was confident that with discipline, all her dreams could be achieved. She began a second degree in Economic and Business Administration and a new job as an account manager, settling in at a comfortable pace.
But life had other plans. She fell in love and moved to Germany. She says this was the spark she needed to expand her horizons. “I was learning to welcome not just the adventures I chose, but the adventures life seems to choose for you.” Seeking an opportunity to make a bigger impact, Verónica found SRG Global.
